I planted these at my house in Wilmington, NC, where we are having a very hot
and humid summer. Even though we tilled in a generous amound of soil
amendments, the soil is very sandy. Our reading on Snow Princess showed it
is a heavy drinker, so my wife, Ann, waters it deeply on a regular basis and
we fertilize them once every two weeks with a liquid fertilizer. You can
tell by the photo that we love the results. My compliments to Proven Winners for introducing such a fine plant!

Supertunia Giant Pink seems to be a tourist favorite because of it's large size and prolific growth.  
Many of the tourists come inside to ask, "I just want to know what the heck you are feeding to those petunias."

This sculpture was made from discarded political signs left over from the last election. It stands 8-1/2 feet tall.  The flowers are Proven Winners® Snowstorm®  Giant Snowflake™ Sutera.  The photo on the far right is a close up of the base of the wire tree trunk.

 

Backyard Oasis by Sherry and Mark Sandwick

Proven Winners received a call telling us about Sherry's yard, the tale sounded too tall for us so we took a little road trip.  Much to our suprise we found the hidden oasis and it was no tall tale at all. It was the largest collection of Proven Winners plants I've seen outside a garden center and Sherry does indeed love Proven Winners.  From barrels to bird cages if it can hold soil it holds a Proven Winners plant.

 

King Tut®  one of Sherry's favorites stands 6 feet tall at the entrance of her deck.	Supertunia®, Superbells®, Superbena® and another one of her favorites Twist and Twirl.
