I think, "disease resistant. Doesn't need sprayed," doesn't quite tell the whole story. I've worked with four of these roses for two years now and they've been chewed to pieces, covered in white flies and now aphids are attacking the new buds. They are extremely demanding in terms of spraying and already I find myself thinking about what would be an alternative placement. Such a pity because the bud and initial flower opening are such wonderful colors although the washed out brown tinged pale pink petals of the finished flower somewhat detracts from them. I've been using a 3 in 1 rose spray without much success. Well, I'll keep on pondering the issue until either the roses shape up or something more suitable comes to mind.
