Proven Winners sought Konsoer to develop new sales opportunities by gaining a better understanding of the specific needs of retail accounts. Within the Proven Winners organization, Dave is responsible for developing sales and merchandising programs to help support the sales efforts of retail accounts. He also plays a key role in managing the major components of Proven Winners' retail sales effort such as the newly launched Certified Retailer program, Weather Channel promotions and POP development.
Konsoer's background includes more than 14 years experience in horticulture markets with a strong grower and retail sales focus. Prior to joining Proven Winners, Konsoer was a product representative with Ball FloraPlant. He also worked for several years as an advertising sales representative with Ball Publishing. He holds a degree in ornamental horticulture from the University of Illinois.
