Summer Shandy Hops Humulus

Yes, hops are used for brewing beer, but this variety was bred for its ornamental appeal.  The bright golden-yellow foliage of this vine is colorful all season, and Summer Shandy has a refined habit and less aggressive growth than other varieties.  It is well-suited to home gardens.  This new variety will be available in better garden centers Spring 2013.
