Characteristics
Plant Needs
Use in hanging baskets, combinations, window boxes and landscapes
Self-cleaning, no deadheading necessary. Charmed work fine as short-term houseplants. However, under low-light conditions they are likely to stretch and become lanky. If this happens the plants can be cut back to the top of the soil and they will push out new growth from the roots. It is best to execute this cut back when the plants will be moving to a new, sunnier environment. In most areas they will not be cold tolerant, but they will make an excellent annual groundcover.
A yearly application of fertilizer or compost on garden beds and regular fertilization of plants in pots will help ensure the best possible performance.
