List Your Inventory on Our Website

It’s one of the most commonly asked questions we receive from consumers: Where can I find your plants? Most often, they are asking where to find specific varieties of Proven Winners plants like Supertunia^® Lovie Dovie^™ petunias or Limelight Prime^® hydrangeas. Google search results often land them on the individual plant records at provenwinners.com. Imagine if, when someone in your region did so, they saw your garden center’s name listed there as having the plant available?

It's possible with your Inventory Listing benefit from Connect+. We have a variety of ways to assist you in sharing your inventory with us to display on provenwinners.com. We can link directly to your POS system, use QR code technology, or simply upload an Excel file to our database. Our Connect+ team will work with you to make the process as seamless as possible.

Once your inventory is loaded into our system, your store’s name, address and in-stock dates will display on our individual plant records at provenwinners.com, letting consumers know to head to your garden center for the varieties they are looking for. The inventory system will work for any Proven Winners annuals, caladiums, perennials, shrubs, trees or houseplants you carry.

How to Share Your Store’s Inventory with Proven Winners

1. Log in to your account at provenwinners.com.
2. Go to your store’s location record for which you’d like to upload your inventory. If you have more than one location, you will need to complete the inventory listing for each participating location.
3. Click Inventory Management.
4. A form will display on the next page that shows all Proven Winners varieties. Mark those you have in inventory with a 1 and those you don’t have with a 0 (zero).
5. Click the button to upload the form into our system. 

When consumers come to provenwinners.com, they can search your store's availablity because you have shared your inventory with us. You are welcome to update your inventory on our website as often as you'd like. In this example, Lurvey Home & Garden is noted as marking what's in stock within the last week. They are listed as stocking Proven Winners annuals, perennials, shrubs, grasses and houseplants. From there, a consumer can search to see if you carry a specific plant variety they are looking for. The plants whose inventory you shared with us will be displayed as "In-store Results" when a consumer searches our website. The in-stock date will be noted under each plant. Search results will be sorted by plant category for ease of use.
