    • So happy with this Ping Pong Purple Gomphrena. I am planting this bed with Denim & Lace Russian Sage, Cat's Pajamas Nepeta and Purple Gomphrena. What I like with this mostly blue/lavendar color combination is the purple/magenta Ping Pong Purple gives the bed a punch of color. If I had more room, I would add dusty miller. I am new to using Gomphrena and for some reason I was seduced by it this year. It is wonderful also that it is not toxic to children or pets. I can imagine lots of tiny little hands will be on Gomphrena because of it's ball shape.
