This enchantress of an azalea will charm your garden with months of colorful flowers!
Why settle for just a week or two of flowers when you can enjoy up to five months of blooms? Large flowers appear in April, then rebloom in early July, continuing through fall until hard frost. Even high summer temperatures don't stop this beauty from producing loads of late summer and fall flowers. This reblooming azalea is very disease resistant. Flowering lasts for 4-6 weeks in spring, and then another 12-16 weeks in summer and fall.Continuous Bloom or RebloomerFall InterestSmall or Miniature

Grouped or in mass plantings, mixed borders, containers, specimen plant. Good for foundation plantings or woodland gardens.Maintenance Notes:
For best rebloom, give Bloom-A-Thon azaleas a light, all-over trim when their spring bloom fades. This encourages new growth, which is what will be responsible for producing the flower buds for the rebloom.
If you are growing Bloom-A-Thon azalea at the colder end of its hardiness range, avoid late season planting, which leaves the plant under-prepared for winter's challenges. Do not fertilize any Bloom-A-Thon azalea after mid-July. Like all azaleas and rhododendrons, Bloom-A-Thon reblooming azaleas benefit significantly from a 2-3" thick layer of shredded bark mulch.Fun Facts:
Bloom-A-Thon azaleas are semi-evergreen, which means that they maintain the foliage just at the ends of their branches through winter; inner foliage drops off and reemerges in spring.Bloom-A-Thon® Pink Double Rhododendron x 'RLH1-2P8' USPP 21,477

Beautiful flowers that really bloom!!David, United States, 9 years ago
This plant is absolutely perfect!!! Bought one and had to buy two more. Am now going to add more to my new property. The foliage is thick. The leaves are a little larger than some Azaleas, dark green and shiney. I am just now getting the second fall bloom (9/7/13 in NJ) and the Pink is abundant & gorgeous. The blooms are thick and large. They look like a carnation. This plant is also a evergreen if I am not mistaken & will keep my property from becoming drab in the winter. Could anyone ask for anything more????Nancy, New Jersey, United States, 10 years ago
