    • Love this plant!! One of my favorite plants. I live in 9B. Had on a bright but diffused plexiglass covered porch in a container with Bossa Nova® Pure White (Begonia boliviensis) & Proven Accents® Kimberley Australian Sword Fern, Queen Fern (Nephrolepis obliterata). Many annuals can be perennial here. I did have to cut this back a few times during growing season because it was getting leggy. And, I had to cut back in winter because we had excess rain and cold. There is one sprig that stayed healthy throughout winter. If it doesn't come back, I will definitely purchase again for the the same container.

    • Loves sun. Becomes very dark purple and grows much longer than 14 inches. In location without frost it is perennial.
