I bought several last spring for the first time. This year the bed really took off with lots of blooms on each plant starting around the first of May. The bed gets full sun from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. I've been dead-heading some the past week. This day lily is much prettier and hardier than the popular Stella d' Oro, plus it is a great re-bloomer.
- Part Sun to Sun
The optimum amount of sun or shade each plant needs to thrive: Full Sun (6+ hours), Part Sun (4-6 hours), Full Shade (up to 4 hours).
This plant is hardy in zones 3 - 9
Zones are based on the lowest average temperature an area is expected to receive during the winter. They are used to determine whether a plant is likely to be perennial in your area. If your zone is equal to or higher than the zone listed for the plant, it will be hardy for you and thrive in your climate.
My Current Zone
One of the very best reblooming daylilies. Lightly fragrant, lemon yellow flowers open fully just above the relatively short clump of attractive green foliage. Blooms early in the daylily season and continues through the heat of summer into fall. Use in mass plantings or anywhere low maintenance perennials are needed.Fragrant FlowerContinuous Bloom or RebloomerFall InterestSalt TolerantErosion ControlAttracts:BeesButterfliesHummingbirdsResists:Rabbits

Daylilies are tough, adaptable perennials that will grow in almost any soil from dry to moist and sand to clay. Though they will survive in part shade, plant them in full sun for optimum flowering performance.Rainbow Rhythm® 'Going Bananas' Hemerocallis hybrid USPP 17,164, Can 3,454
