Dave Konsoer

Dave Konsoer joined Proven Winners in 2001 to manage the sales strategies for the brand throughout North America.  The retail channel remains his specific focus where he manages relationships and works to build support for the Proven Winners brand with both large and small retailers.  

Dave got into the floriculture industry via his grandfather’s garden center which lead to a degree in ornamental horticulture from the University of Illinois.  Post college, Dave spent several years as an advertising sales representative with Ball Publishing as well as product representative with plant breeding company Ball FloraPlant.
