So I planted this 2 1/2 months ago, I had to substitute the Angelface Blue for Wedgewood Blue summer snapdragon and I doubled the amount of plants due to the large size of my cement planter. One snapdragon died within the 1st 10 days, the other only grew to about 8" with blooms. The catmint and bacopa grew like crazy! You can't even see the snapdragon at all. The bacopa looks gorgeous trailing over the sides of the planter but really didn't get many blooms, the catmint is what really stands out. I also have been using fertilizer regularly.

I thought that the dark purple flowers were purple stock. They would make a good substitute for the "Angelface blue" in case it was not available. Stock have a lovely clove fragrance as well but they are a short lived annual. I was really drawn to this lovely color combination.

I was unable to find Angelface Blue so I used Wedgewood Blue instead, so far these plants in my planter are just okay, no real "wow" factor. I guess we will see as they grow more if it fills in a bit more. Right now, after a month my summer snapdragon is only 1" tall and has blooms. It sure doesn't look like this picture though.

THE PLANT MAY NEED A MIRACLE GROW, PLANT FOOD TO HELP IT ALONG
