This is hands down the best lantana I’ve ever grown. I’ve grown many lantanas and proven winners branded lantana through the years and this one is the best one yet. Sometimes my other lantanas will have some seed onset but nothing compared to the normal store lantanas. But this specific variety I don’t believe I’ve found one seed on any of the stalks. Plus it appears the flower clusters on this lantana are larger than any of the other lantanas y’all offer. I highly recommend trying this plant out! Also very easy to care for! It can handle neglect but I actually never neglect mine because if you fertilize it regularly it goes from breathtakingly beautiful, to stop the show in its track everyone one admire the showstopper of the garden! Very very satisfied!! :)

Maintenance Notes:If you are looking for a tough plant it's hard to beat lantana. Lantana are heat tolerant, use little to no supplemental water in the landscape, will tolerate less than ideal soils and usually don't need to be deadheaded. If you are looking for a plant that will thrive on neglect, lantana is the champ. Lantana come in many shapes, sizes and habits. Check size and habit information for the specific variety you are choosing to make sure it fits your needs. Lantana can be trimmed back at anytime to shape or to promote increased branching. In many parts of the US and Canada lantana function as an annual. In reality they are a tender perennial, in warm winter climates they become flowering shrubs.
If you live in an area where Lantana is perennial they are essentially trouble free, they can be pruned at any time of year and usually benefit with a harder shape-up pruning in early spring after last frost date. Midsummer fertilization can help overcome any slow down in growth during the dog days of summer and help bring even more flowers.
According to the Humane Society of America Lantana leaves can be toxic to pets. This means that the plants are generally identified as having the capability for producing a toxic reaction.
Lantana seed set varies considerably. If you see a lot of berries developing you may want to deadhead the plants to help with continuous blooming. If there is low berry set, deadheading shouldn't be necessary for continuous bloom. Some varieties are self-cleaning.
An application of fertilizer or compost on garden beds and regular fertilization of plants in pots will help ensure the best possible performance.

The most beautiful Lantana I've ever grown. Bright saturated color on the blooms and glossy green foliage on strong upright stems. No drooping even in the heat and humidity.

I ordered 3 of these plants .Now that they are blooming I realized I received berry blend. I am not very happy about that. Get it right next time.

I would like to consider selling Proven Winner Plants at my property listed above. No one gardens like I do around here and I think people would be interested if available. I live on 4 acres and have a large amount of property to expand further gardens and sales outlet. I started a dozen pear and apple trees this past summer and will be expanding to much more. Please contact me if you think this is possible? I would like to know what is involved. I follow Garden Answer and love the support she offers to gardeners. Enjoy the day, Jolan

I love this beautiful flowering plant. This beautiful flower blooms all summer. I bring it into the house during the winter in a bright location to keep it alive. In the spring I trim back the foliage and move it back outside. I've enjoyed this flower for 5 years in my Minneapolis garden (zone 4).

Has looked sharp since the day I put the pots in the ground and has never been out of color. Has the perfect full and well branched mounding habit that allows good flower coverage through the season. Very nice color, richer than what I've seen in the PW photos.
