This flower was in the "personal planting areas" of our condo when we moved in about 7 years ago. I tried to kill it with herbicide, but it just wouldn't die. So I have come to appreciate it's beautiful deep blue flowers and hardy nature. However, I confine it to just one area of my planting section.
I expect it would do well on a hillside with good sun, and form a beautiful, erosion-resistant section, with color throughout spring, summer and early fall.
