'Shockwave' Phlox paniculata USPPAF, Can 4,949

  • This Shockwave phlox paniculata is an off shoot of David's Lavender, for which Kathryn Litton is the 'inventor'. ItSaul Nurseries are friends of mine, and did the patent work . David's Lavender was turned over to Walter's Gardens, as well as the Shockwave. They completed the studies and put the plants on the market-eventually turning Shockwave over to Proven Winners.
I am not listed anywhere as a developer of Shockwave, but my contract with ItSaul requires that I receive a royalty of any plants that come from the original David's Lavender.
ItSaul Nurseries and Kathryn Litton share the royalty fee from both these plants.
Thanks for being able to 'tell my story'.
